Clarifications
The Notarial Archives Foundation has published Clarification Note 1 to inform prospective bidders that the deadline to submit tenders has been extended to 10th September 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST and other matters.

Requests for additional information are to be received by email by 15th July 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST.
A clarification meeting will be held on 16th July 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST.
Update (16/07/2026, 13:00 CEST): The meeting was held as scheduled. No clarifications will be issued about the tender document. Prospective tenderers are to consult the tender document as published on this site on 6th July 2026.
