The Notarial Archives Foundation is receiving tenders for the restoration of external timber doors and windows of the Notarial Registers Archive. Sealed tenders are to be received by Thursday 6th August 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST and must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Notarial Registers Archive at 217, St Paul Street, Valletta. Clarifications

Requests for additional information are to be received by email by 15th July 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST.

A clarification meeting will be held on 16th July 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST.

Update (16/07/2026, 13:00 CEST): The meeting was held as scheduled. No clarifications will be issued about the tender document. Prospective tenderers are to consult the tender document as published on this site on 6th July 2026.
